Children's Dance Company
This is a non-competitive dance company. A year-long commitment for dancers who are interested in more in depth training, more performance opportunities, and a team-like environment.
Commitment: Company members are required to audition and attend the parent/student information meeting on May 7th OR July 26th in order to join. Company members 7-9years are required to take 1 additional weekly ballet class throughout the 2022-2023 season and company members 10-13yrs are required to take a ballet class and an additional weekly dance classes throughout the 2022-2023 season.
More In-Depth Training: Company members will benefit from additional master classes, technique training, and opportunities to learn and perform choreography from multiple choreographers and in multiple styles of dance.
Performance Opportunities: Students in the Children’s Dance Company will rehearse/practice once a week on Saturday mornings and perform at local community events and festivals.
Team-Like Environment: Company members will be rehearsing weekly, performing together and in class together in addition to experience other fun actives such as the dance company holiday party and more! With all of this time spent together, we find that students form special bonds and friendships with each other and become like family.
